Using heavier weights and low reps, this Prenatal class focuses on maintaining and building strength in key areas to help support your body through pregnancy. Expect a balance of strengthening and opening movements, carefully designed to help you move with ease and feel your best. Plenty of modifications are available so you can continue to join this class throughout your entire pregnancy. Whether you’re preparing for birth or just feeling energised and ready to move, this class is here to support you every step of the way.
PRE & POSTNATAL STRETCH
Feeling tired, achy or in need of some TLC? Join Lily-Mae for this go-to stretch class and benefit from a session of gentle movement. Whether you're navigating the changes of pregnancy or adjusting to life post-birth, this full-body stretch is designed to help you feel more open, relaxed, and restored.
Focusing on key areas that hold tension during pregnancy and postpartum—shoulders, back and hips – you'll be guided through soothing stretches, gentle mobility work and simple breathwork to ease tightness, improve circulation and release built-up tension from carrying, feeding, or growing a tiny human!
Modifications are provided throughout, making this class suitable for all stages, or for days when you just need to move at your own pace.

POSTNATAL CORE REHAB
Rebuild your strength from the inside out as Lizzie helps to lay the foundations for your postnatal fitness journey. Focusing on core, pelvic floor, glutes and overall stability to help you regain strength and confidence, you’ll learn intentional movements and deep core activation to help reconnect with your body and set yourself up for a strong, supported return to the activities you love.
Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (post 6-week check) and beyond. Ready to rebuild, reconnect and feel strong again.
