In a world where our to-do lists are endless and the pursuit of perfection is ever present, we encourage women to release themselves from the daily pressure and say: don’t sweat it. Find fitness that fits you, however that looks.

We’re driven by the spirit and ideas of the women that make up the Sweaty Betty community. They’re our sisterhood and together we build one another up by embracing our bodies and all that we can do with them.

We’re more than just an activewear brand. Through The Sweaty Betty Foundation, we also help more girls and women from all backgrounds to get active and stay active, for life. Through our work with the Foundation, we’ve helped local schools and communities support girls and women get more involved in activities including dance, yoga and hiking; while our ‘Buy a bra, Give a bra’ initiative resulted in nearly 10,000 sports bras being delivered to 20+ grassroots community organisations, charities and schools to help teenage girls feel more confident in taking part in physical activity.
